Shipping Policy

Enjoy complimentary, insured shipping on all U.S. orders over $250 via USPS Priority Mail.
 
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). While shipping times are estimated, Lux Aria cannot guarantee or take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.
 
Lux Aria is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses once an order has shipped. Any shipping fees for returned or undeliverable packages are the customer’s responsibility. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if changes are needed.
 
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Ensure your address is correct and someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Lux Aria Return Policy (All Sales Final)
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
To request a refund or exchange for a damaged item, email us at luxaria@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the damaged item is returned and inspected, we will send a replacement if available. If not, we will issue store credit.
 
Non-returnable items include gift cards.
 
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
